4,000kg 2 Post Car Lift with Independent CCQS Certification

The B4000ES carries a 4,000kg rated capacity, electromagnetic dual-point safety release and independently CCQS certified load performance. It is built for the kind of daily use that exposes shortcuts in cheaper equipment and is designed to give you and your team peace of mind.
How the B4000ES is put together
The core of this lift is a dual direct drive hydraulic cylinder system. Unlike single cylinder designs that rely on mechanical linkages to share load between posts, each cylinder draws independently from the pump. A balancing cable maintains level lifting throughout the travel range, so the vehicle rises evenly regardless of where the weight sits, essential when you are working under vehicles with different weight distributions. The electromagnetic dual-point automatic lock release means descent is always controlled. Locks engage at every rung of the locking ladder as the lift rises, and nothing moves without a conscious input from the operator.
- CCQS Certified: Independently verified by the UK governing body following rigorous load testing.
- Parachute Valves: A parachute valve in each ram seals instantly in the event of hydraulic hose fracture, holding the vehicle securely in position.
- 24V Control Circuit: UK-regulated low voltage control boxes at the operator panel, in line with current UK garage safety requirements.
- Three Stage Arms: Telescopic arms with screw-up pads and 75mm extensions to cover the range, from small hatchbacks through to light commercial vehicles.
- Machine-Welded Frame: Main structural joints are welded rather than bolted, which maintains rigidity over years of repeated load cycles.

The full GEO range of two post lifts is independently scrutinised by CCQS, an independent product certification body. CE certificates are issued by CCQS following rigorous load testing, providing third-party verification independent of the manufacturer.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.
Order Shipment:

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery.
If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging.
