Description

Fully automatic tyre changing that keeps your garage moving

Tyre changing is one of the highest volume jobs most garages take on. The 885A handles it without asking much of your team. With fully automatic mounting and demounting, foot pedal operation throughout and a pneumatic tilt-back post that clears the way the moment you need it to, this machine is built around the pace of a working day. Your technicians can cycle through jobs cleanly and consistently, with the wheel clamped, the bead broken and the tyre seated without wrestling the machine at any stage.

How the GEO Pro 885A handles the full range of what comes through your doors
The 885A accepts outside clamping from 10" to 24" and inside clamping from 12" to 26", which puts it well within range of the cars, vans and light commercials that make up the bulk of trade garage work in the UK. The bead breaker delivers 2500kg of breaking force across a full-length abutment pad, which distributes that force evenly along the tyre sidewall rather than concentrating it at a single point. That matters on stiffer run-flat profiles and on wheels where an uneven break risks marking the rim.

The machine runs on a standard single phase 230V/50Hz supply and requires an 8 to 10 bar air connection. It fits into the electrical setup most garages already have.
Polyurethane jaw covers: Fitted as standard to the jaw clamp, fitting head and bead breaker blade to protect alloy wheels throughout the process.

  • Steel fitting head: Durable contact point that handles high-cycle use without deforming or losing accuracy.
  • Foot pedal operation: Both hands stay on the wheel where they should be, keeping the process controlled and efficient.
  • Tyre inflator included: Ready to use from delivery. No additional equipment needed to complete the full tyre change cycle.
  • Two-year parts warranty: Manufacturer backed coverage on all components from day one.

A machine your mechanics will want to use

There is a practical difference between equipment that does the job and equipment that fits naturally into how your garage works. The 885A sits in the second category. The pneumatic tilt-back post moves out of the way cleanly during mounting, which removes one of the friction points that slows technicians down on a busy shift. The ergonomic layout was specifically designed with tighter garage spaces in mind, so it earns its footprint rather than demanding space it does not need.

Because the process is foot pedal driven throughout, your mechanics are not fighting the machine. They are directing it. That consistency carries across every tyre they change, which means fewer errors, less time correcting positioning and a cleaner result on alloy wheels that customers will notice. A tyre changer that your team finds straightforward to operate is one that gets used correctly every time.
