Six tonnes of capacity. One lift your whole team can rely on.
A two post lift is not equipment you replace frequently or give a second thought to once installed. It operates every day, supports vehicles above your technicians and needs to perform reliably through constant workshop use without compromise. The GEO 6,000kg clearfloor lift has been designed specifically for that environment.
With a full six-tonne lifting capacity, it comfortably handles cars, 4x4s and light commercial vehicles commonly found in busy workshops. The clearfloor design also allows technicians to move freely beneath and around the vehicle without floor level obstructions interrupting the workspace, an advantage that becomes increasingly valuable in high-throughput service bays where efficiency matters just as much as lifting capacity.
How the GEO delivers a lift you can actually rely on
The foundation of this lift is a pair of direct drive hydraulic cylinders, one per post, working in tandem via a synchronisation cable. That cable keeps both sides of the vehicle rising and falling at the same rate. Uneven lifting puts lateral stress on your vehicle's structure and on the lift itself. The synchronised system prevents that from happening. At the top of the travel range, a built-in height limit safety system cuts the lift before it reaches a point of no return. At the bottom, the electromagnetic dual-point lock release holds the carriage in position mechanically until you release it intentionally. The 24 volt low-voltage control system runs the whole operation cleanly through an aluminium shell motor.
Parachute valve protection under each cylinder instantly arrests descent if a hydraulic hose fractures during lifting.
The difference between a lift you trust and one you manage
There is a particular kind of low-level stress that comes from equipment you are not fully confident in. You do not always notice it until it is gone. A reliable electromagnetic locking system removes uncertainty from day-to-day workshop operation. Once the carriage is positioned, it stays securely in place without constant checking or adjustment. Your technicians can work confidently knowing the vehicle is safely supported throughout the job.
The powder-coated finish and fully galvanised moving components are about the impression your workshop makes. Equipment that looks well-maintained gives confidence to your team and your customers that standards are taken seriously. The two year parts warranty covers the investment so that if something goes wrong in that window, you are not absorbing the cost of it.
Certified to UK and EU safety standards
For MOT centres and regulated workshops, running lifting equipment that meets the required standards is not optional. The GEO clearfloor two post lift carries full CE certification and conforms to current UK and EU safety regulations for vehicle lifting equipment. That certification is independently verified and not self-declared.
The GEO 6,000kg clearfloor lift is a straightforward, well-specified two post lift that covers the vehicles your workshop sees every day, backed by a two year parts warranty and built to a standard your team can depend on. If this lift fits your bay, place your order and we will confirm your lead time directly. Contact us if you have any access restrictions or specific delivery requirements and we will work through them with you.
